COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen Bradley 2711P-B15C4D1 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fuji products, including obsoleted and phased-out Graessner parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fuji such as the 2MBI100SC120 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 340UZGNRD162536000601340AU000002 manufactured by Graessner and we are pleased to be able to service most Graessner systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 38C59 by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand 2MBI150060B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ktron such as 310100016 equipment made by Ktron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ktron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ktron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 3HAB810118 made by Asea as well as the popular 2711T10C1 original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2711PT15C15D2 by Allen-Bradley and 310100016 spares by Ktron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2711PT12C4D8 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
